BASIC PISTOL SAFETY & OPERATION
FOR BEGINNERS & PERSONAL DEFENSE
This course is designed for those who are new to handguns and have little to no experience in handgun operation. This class will focus on handgun safety, loading, unloading, fundamentals of aiming and firing, target identification, proper stance/sight alignment, emergency action drills/clearing stoppages, shooting positions, cleaning the handgun and having a proper mindset. This class will provide those new to firearms with the fundamentals needed to safely and effectively operate a semi-automatic pistol
You will need the following:
- A quality semi-automatic pistol and 300 rounds of compatible ammunition
- A proper hip holster for your handgun
- Four magazines and at least one magazine holder
- Eye and ear protection
